1. Candidate will apply online for Registration at Portal
2. Application will be forwarded to RNC for processing
3. RNC will ask for NOC from respective SNRC
4. After successful receiving of NOC from respective SNRC Registration no. will be allotted to candidate
5. His/her Registration Certificate will be dispatched through post at their correspondence address
Note : Candidate do not have to visit RNC. For updated process candidate should visit portal and check his/her current status under Application Status.
